    Wolves bought for 45 million

Any price for the club is really gonna be a payment for SISU to go with at least something. But then after that where would a new owner invest? Increase playing budget definitely - but no ground, no academy thanks to CCC - and not really opportunity to acquire these for the club if the desire...

    Wolves bought for 45 million

To be honest if a match day revenues contract is worth £24m alone apparently then £90m is a steal.

    Film Thread 2016

Saw this film last night - thought it was a good little film on a sensitive subject matter. Not quite sure why it got criticism from some reviewers. Also Emilia Clarke is lovely.

who will be the 1st CCFC player to fall foul of new ref laws

As much as I dislike the oval balled game, they have got it right in terms of on-field protocol. Only the captain should be able to speak to ref about decisions on the pitch.

We will never launch a first strike - so we would only use in retaliation, so then you'd have to argue what is the point. Personally I'd say we are renewing it but not really do it... There's all the deterrent you need.

    RIP Labour

I think the telling sign will be that out of the 84% - how many wanted to vote for Corbyn because it was Corbyn, how many of them still would vote for Corbyn now and how many of them will vote for Labour going forward in GE or local elections. It would also be interesting to see the...

    RIP Labour

Let's be honest - the reason they have changed the policy is because there has been a groundswell of membership increase in the last 2/3 weeks (100000+ new members IIRC) It would appear that a significant number of those are in support of Corbyn. If they are allowed to vote Eagle's chance of...

    RIP Labour

That doesn't mean that the 84% are all secretly Tories either. The impression I get is that a lot of those £3 members are actually young people that previously have had no interest in politics nor are likely to have ever voted. However he's done it he seems to have engaged younger people -...
