EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

Just stepping back from this a bit, fans need to understand that sport always produces winners and losers. Without winners and losers it ceases to be sport. Everyone, if they are capable of putting aside club loyalty, know the outcome should be fair. We know that luck plays a part too, but...

    22 Premier League next season

Accept no 'solution' which fails to answer the simple question Why can't the season be completed? Unless the world ends football will resume one day so simply pick up where we hit pause. We will never 'run out of time'. No other solution is acceptable to me.

    Should I stay I should I go?

I am married to one of the latter. If we had a drawbridge it would be up and guarded

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

Honestly, if they void this season I'm done with football. We have paid good money and not to watch 'friendlies' which is what they would become.

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

Hit the PAUSE button on the season and restart it once the worst is passed. Only take 5 weeks in May, June, July or August. Then give players 2-3 weeks off and start the next season. Why are we so obsessed with calendars. Simple and no arguments or legal challenges. Same for schools...

    Standing up at away games

Everyone does not want to stand. It is a practice that we collectively accept. It excludes people that are physically small or weak. Usually people realise such practices are discriminatory and accept attempts to change said practice to become more inclusive. It would be great if we could...

    Pathetic yesterday

It took us 65 minutes to go the 10 miles home to Dudley. I have season pass for main car park. Garrison Lane is gridlocked due to road closures to the right of the main car park + temporary traffic lights which reduces it to one lane contraflow + middle ringroad gridlock. Used to get home from...

Video Rochdale Preview | Mark Robins

No need for the sexist remarks about Zain's mum's involvement though, eh, Mark? You wouldn't tease him if his dad had made those points. Isn't 'Yer mum' a bit childish for grown men?

SBT vote on the Boris Johnson withdrawal agreement.....

A historic mistake. We will be poorer, weaker, more isolated and remain bitter and divided for a generation. I don't respect the referendum result. Democracy is a process not a moment in time. It is obvious to a majority of people in this country that we are taking a big and risky step. Many...

    Atmosphere at St Andrews

I agree the stewarding is good but personally I had no complaints at the Ricoh. Yes it was a female steward. I object to being frisked actually but no matter. I don't know where you sat at the Ricoh but I was rarely asked for a ticket check, maybe once every 3/4 games at the top of the stairs...
