Haven't we usually got a few in by now?

They might and pay their contracts up that will suck a chunk out of the £40 million and that will be all of two players off their premier wage bill.

No need, we will be doing our competing on the pitch. I know they have parachute money but they also have premier wages to pay to twenty odd players. I’m not sure their garden is as rosey as some think and they still need a manager we have one, a good one.

Haven't we usually got a few in by now?

Well I don’t think we are unattractive prospect. All clubs outside the prem are pissing in the same pot as us we don’t know if our budget are lower than others and if it is it doesn’t matter it’s all about MR strengthening in the right areas and getting them to gel and play, he’ll do that.

    Pivotal Sky Blue Moments

Sign all the players you like but the most important signings is the manager and the team below him and keeping them. I’ve grizzled at times re: Robins thought he could have done this or that but he has most the time shoved my grizzling down my throat. He/they have proved not only they are good...

Yes that was massive but I think the largest of that type of terrace was the Kippax at Maine Road that ground held over 80000 again mainly terracing , Tottenham’s Shelf was large too.

    Missing the old stadiums

First time I went to Hillsbrough their Kop end had no roof and was huge same with Villa went there in the 60s and there was no roof on the Holte either it makes the ends look massive. Also the old Valley stadium v Charlton that ground was massive record gate 75000 nearly all terracing there...

    19/20 Accounts

From what I have seen over time most clubs that get sold are in debt of some sort. Our assets are not lot of diffence to others are they ? I know we only rent our ground but that seems sorted now for a few years. Our assets ? our name, fan base, the division we are in, players obviously what...

That’s massive money to a man of straw like me but compared to what we see or hear being offered for clubs even in these difficult times doesn’t seem to be a lot, or is it ? if I get lucky tonight on the Euro lottery I might be our next owner.

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

I think there will be a significant sea change with new contracts from now on certainly with the EFL clubs lot of the so called “top end” clubs in dire straights with their finances a lot worse than us I reckon.
