Probably not, and even if it was it could be take by the owner at any time, such is football. But we’re spending £100m we will likely never have so cross that bridge when we come to it. In an ideal world a long lease, the clubs IP, and the training ground, etc would be gatekept by the fans...

Spend it on assets when we can IMO, buy somewhere bigger/better than Ryton and build a new training and academy complex, maybe with Warwick Uni. Maybe buy some land near the ground for a supporters club or a permanent home for Dhillons. Stuff that even if we fall on hard times we can use or sell.
