It’s the worst!!

I actually kept my Pompey supporting dad company in the Cardiff end at Wembley, when Pompey won the cup a few years back. We definitely weren’t able to remain incognito but couldn’t have been too bad as few of the Cardiff fans actually shook our hands at the end of the match.

As others have, I’ve done it a few times over the years. Never had any trouble. Just can’t join in with the singing and the cheering…although one of the times was Forest Green Rovers so there wasn’t much of that going on anyway.

Possibly worthy of its own thread but do people ever sit in the home end for away matches?

My son reminded me that earlier in the season I apparently said, “see, I dunno why we signed another keeper” after Collins made a good save…pre-Pompey. Little git.

Do you think he’s told to do that?

If he’s good enough I’m sure he’ll be signed until the end of the season. Why wouldn’t he be, unless we’re strapped for cash. If he’s not good enough he won’t be signed until the end of the season. Ta Da!
