But every SaaS supplier I work with will put a lot of effort into us if we need something. There must at least be a way to feed back some issues. We’re a relatively big fish these days.

No idea how feasible this is, but that’s why I’d be focusing on top end Championship talent and selling it as a season opportunity to test yourself and put yourself in the shop window. Low wages, relegation release clause, don’t go in competing with the established clubs.

This all seems very very obvious to me: 3,000 capacity in 6-9, take 1k out for segregation (500 each side) and every other block open for home fans. Would love to know why this can’t be done.

@Sky Blue Pete can you raise the online system with the club? Is it a turn key system the club has nothing to do with it can they request features/customisation? There’s so many basic UI/UX issues but I’m guessing the club just buy a standard add on from Ticketmaster. I mean why are there even...

Did you go through the map? You have to click the profile icon it should have a red dot on it, and it’ll tell you you’ve got tickets reserved. This is getting so many people and you just know loads have done what you have taking extra tickets off sale.

I get that, but there’s blocks they haven’t opened at all still. And it sounds like they’ve fucked the away allocation again.

They seem to have taken all bar three or four blocks off sale. I’m assuming it’s to fix the family zone issue

They’ve just made stuff far harder than it needs to be. Taking blocks on and off sale, not opening everything.
