Let’s face it for 4-5m you can get a fantastic midfielder to replace Hamer. Especially if we get 12m in which I would take. The problem is he won’t be Hamer who was the best statistically in the division last season and universally adored by cov fans.

Personally, if offered less than 10m I would swallow the cost and keep him as he is that good and key to the team. If over 10m then I would sell as it’s too good for a player with 10 months left.
