That would be the administrator that has been appointed, you say they’re not in admin yet, that’s incorrect - they went in last Tuesday - after the bid was accepted. and on top of that they don’t own it - worst outcome here is whoever owns ACL. We’re still waiting to hear how CCC have screwed...
