Yes I would prefer to see caveats in place to protect the future of the club and the Ricoh under SISU ownership. But I don't believe it will ever come to that.

If the judge does throw it out, SISU are left with 3 options 1. Do a deal. 2. Admin/Liquidation 3. Build. As 3 seems very unlikely it would seem to be either 1 (the only possible route to eventual return on investment) or 2 (which seems the most likely outcome to me)
