My opinion of Ayari and Da Silva has not improved after that, particularly the former. Da Silva has had so much of the ball but has done very little with it - one decent cross I think. We are missing energy in midfield. They have it in Rathbone. Some poor decision making throughout. Hopefully it...

Totally agree with Latibeudiere coming in for Thomas. Disappointed to see that Sakamota is dropped. I get that he tired in second half, but more reason to give him more game time. Ayari has only shown rare glimpses of quality. Hopefully he can be more impactful. I am not sure O'Hare will get any...

I am hoping that Sakamota keeps his place. Not only was he superb that first half but it will give him confidence in Robins' belief in him. As was mentioned above, I would put him on corner duty.

Wilson 5 - terrible with his feet and a braver keeper would have come out to the free kick Van Ewijk - got into some good positions but final ball not good enough Thomas 5.5 - passing not great McFadzean 5 - a couple of awful passes that we got away with. Out jumped for goal, which is unlike him...

Absolutely. Just thought he probably needed to come off, given his lack of match fitness and risk of aggravating the injury.

Taking nothing from a very poor team is extremely disappointing. We bossed midfield first half but final balls / shots didn't capitalise. As our midfield 3 tired we ran out of ideas.

No change in second half. Wingbacks and McFadzean have been poor. Think Kitching, Latibeudiere, and Ayari on. Move Sakamota to LWB. Sheaf probably needs a breather.

Successful crosses 1/20 says a lot of our not making the most of wide opportunities. Van Ewijk and Da Silva need to do better.

Ref given us nothing. Very soft free kick led to their goal. Maybe Fadz could've done better. Sheaf and Sakamota have been superb.

Thoroughly deserved point. Unlucky not to get 3 with a great finale. Just not enough intent from Wright and Simms together. Much better when subs came on. Maybe not a popular opinion, but on that showing I would prefer Sakamota to Da Silva at LWB. Van Ewijk at RWB.

Thought we looked comfortable in the main. Their goal came out of nowhere. Bobby Thomas looking very unsure again. Apart from a couple of loose passes, Allen and Eccles have looked good in the middle. Ayari started well with some nice interchanges but went quiet for last 20 minutes. Neither...

Latibeudiere has looked far better than Thomas so surprised to see him dropped. Maybe wanting the extra height. Binks is also a surprise, given his performances. Oh well, good opportunity for Kitching to show what he can offer. Looking forward to seeing how Simms and Wright play together. Also...

A few things apparent to me with regards the Godden debate. 1. Despite being 10 and 7 years older, he works much harder 2. Despite being 6 inches shorter, he wins more aerial duals 3. In the shooting drill warmup, Godden buried every shot. Both Wright and Simms missed the target more than they...

Such a tense game. Delighted to get the win after some dodgy moments. Cool finish by Wright, considering the scrutiny he is under. Wilson kept us in it. Performance of the season from him. Some super workrate from Allen and Godden in particular. Godden is far more than a goal poacher. The...

Well that was truly awful. Totally lost the midfield battle once Kelly went off. Need to go one up front second half I think. Can only see Blackburn winning as it is. Ayari looks lost. Nothing linking midfield and attack now. Wilson another great save. Binks playing well too. I would get...

Don't think Godden will decline that much over the next couple of years. He's never been pacy so not much to lose there. Think he will be similar to Billy Sharp in that respect.
