Relegation team at home to top 3 team

Look out for a young lad called Nicky Ajose, if he plays he will tear us apart. Ive watched him develope over the years from a young age, then when he was at Bury. Peter nllove springs to mind.Fast and eye for goal. This is the type of player we need. His late Dad Peter would be proud as punch if...

Never thought I would do it

@Davebart, The ground has no links with the City !! I would rather we played at the Butts and have a full stadium with atmosphere than the empty souless abyss that the Ricoh has become. Shame on you Coventry council and CCFC you have destroyed the community of Coventry with this monster.

Never thought I would do it

@Procdoc Couldn`t agree more. Ive watched better football on the park on a wet sunday morning when most of the team are still pissed, hangovers and over weight and the only training they do is in the Pub. There passion and commitment are 100% and I would even say they would beat our present...

1 Posted 21 Sep 2012 21:08 Thing are looking up Well what a week that was, new manager in Mark Robins, well pleased with this appointment and I think we should give him all the support and backing we can. SISU have gained control of the shares that will see the club make some profit which is...

    Lower the roof

Agree OSB58, But its a football stadium 1st and foremost. I could`nt give a shit about the rugby world cup or pop concerts. The football club dont see the revenue it generates, and until it does COUNT ME OUT.

    Lower the roof

Hope you dont mind Skybluefaz but just wanted to put this picture on showing the West Terrace at HR full to the rafters ( Memories ) we won`t get that type of support at the Ricoh . unless they lower the roof on three sides and reduce the seating . (atmosphere solved)???:claping hands:

    Turn the lights off

A weekend experience of constant buses, no pubs, nothing to do around the ground unless you fancy doing your groceries, no walk up, having to trek over to Bedworh every Saturday to watch your team lose in a less than half full horrible plastic stadium. I'll have the 23,000 shithole and cold pie...

    Turn the lights off

I would go with that, but as always theres a stumbling block. Cov Council and Higgs Trust (ACL). The only way forward would be for SISU to own the whole shabang, and generate a proffit. ACL are making money !!! Are they putting anything back into CCFC ? I dont think so. Until they both give up...
