So basically creditors potentially have been screwed out of a bigger bid becuase the council didn’t want ACL to be sold to SISU ( the same company who isn’t owned by the council) if that’s the case are we expecting legal action from the creditors then?

I’ll play this game, when Wasps went belly up - did they attempt to contact them or their administrators? Or were they waiting for the company to go into admin first. if they’d requested this - and we’re blocked I’d go along with it
