Did a canal towpath run today - always prefer off road running, however I got caught in the torrential rain today. Running on an uneven and mud paved towpath was pretty treacherous - more than once I was nearly in the canal!

Another good few weeks running distance wise - averaging 30 miles. I did 10 miles cross country/canalside today and pushed myself for 2/3 mile intervals to keep a 7minute/mile pace. Felt surprisingly ok. Unlike Daz though I’m not losing weight - my sweet tooth is taking over!!

Paterson would be a great signing - he is an underrated player and would provide great competition for COH, and another attacking creative option. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it happen.
