Poor performance so far. Front three have been poor. Time for Grealish, maybe for Phillips/Rice and drop Mount deeper. Potentially look at Sancho (although he’s poor for England) or Rashford for Sterling at some point too. Kane is non-existent but DCL is poor so we can’t really change him.

My mileage has really dropped the last two weeks, predominantly as I’m struggling to find time to fit my long runs in now the weekends are busy again. I need to change that pretty sharpish as the marathon is getting ever closer and I’m still not back to my pre-covid fitness levels yet.
