Couldn't the Administrator put forward a revised CVA to creditors? or is it down to the creditors to come back with modifications? Common sense says the former- but I am an evironemntal planner not a lawyer.

I may well be a bit confused but: If CCFC Ltd isn't liquidated, then surely there is a legal obligation to publish accounts. Also, would the lease then NOT be broken.

My unerstaning is that this payment is nothing to do with the JR. Equally, there is no legal obligation to pay, but purely down to a FL requirement. It is indeed a bit childish and attention seeking, which appeares to ML/TF's hallmark
