I’m watching the game on Pompey tv and for virtually every time a Southampton player touches the ball they’re saying how much they cost. Kinda funny highlighting the gulf in resources but also kinda amazing how much Southampton have spent!

I’m not sure it’s about that or even if that’s true. I think it’s more about being pragmatic ie the team in 3rd fucked up today…so regardless of Mondays result we’re one step closer. Win on Monday and that step will be a very big one.
