The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Yes you are right... which means the main parties need to find a way to arrange a sensible exit from the EU. Not the car-crash shite that Farage wants.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

If Labour come out as a Remain party it will lose the next GE. Too many key seats that they will lose with this stance. And for those with the usual ‘leftie’ comments... it’s the centrists that want to remain... you’re looking in the wrong direction.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

You’ve illustrated my point perfectly.... anything except a no deal is called a ‘remainers Brexit’ - it’s bullshit.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

There is as much appetite for Remaining as there is for a No Deal. The solution needs to be an exit somewhere in the middle.

Anti-establishment.... Clinton was the epitome of the establishment.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The referendum result was one that said fuck you to 35+ years of this neo-liberal bullshit. You fuckers are all rich, we are getting poorer and poorer by the day and the things we need in our society/local community (jobs, housing, welfare, infrastructure investment outside of London) have gone...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Because the root cause behind this is austerity and inequality... there are still those on the Labour side that believe in it.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Not for the same reasons though... and that's why this is so complicated.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

On a practical level what would a large Brexit party majority do with seats on a council they don't want to be part of? Assuming the Brexit party wins, can they maintain that in a UK election why they appear to be a single policy party at this time? If we get an election Brexit will not be the...

Not sure that necessarily means you have to have shit writing.

    Game of thrones (Again)

You're easily pleased that's all. For 2 years of hype, promotion and a previous 7 seasons of generally excellent TV - I expected more.

    Game of thrones (Again)

Dan and Dave wanted to bugger off and do Star Wars - they turned down more episodes AND seasons.

    Game of thrones (Again)

It was rushed - but there was no need for it to be... that much time and effort into an epic tale deserved better thought. Dany’s story arc made sense (even though I didn’t want it to go that way) and it could have been fleshed out a bit more as you’ve said. It’s Jon’s story... intertwined...

    Game of thrones (Again)

I think there is a bigger point here in that actually epic storytelling has generally been finished poorly. Thinking back to LOTR as an example... even in horror (IT and the Stand are 2 examples of this by S King) Unless of course you let the evil people win. That could work.

    Game of thrones (Again)

LOL - how did you work me out so quickly... The writers decided to finish one of the best TV shows ever by showcasing the writing skills of a 15 year old trying to finish their English homework on the bus. I’m happy to live in the sad world that calls it out for the bullshit it is. That said...

    Game of thrones (Again)

A great show yes - but a piss poor ending.

    Game of thrones (Again)

I was invested in the storyline of Jon's parentage. A secret that would have rocked the Seven Kingdoms to it's very foundation.... Ned's sacrifice was cheapened. I was invested in the Night King/White Walker storyline. The fact that petty squabbles were meaningless against a visceral evil...

Fair play to you for somehow being able to extract enough positive points to fill a paragraph.
