    The Ashes

A 350 lead may put us in with a shout of winning perhaps :D Would be good to see Buttler and Stokes get a few

opening day of the season memories

I wasn't clear: 81/82 season (first year of al seater). It was his first in charge at Man Utd, and had replaced the sacked Dave Sexton there - It was Sexton's first game in charge of us.

    The Ashes

I also think that Cov will win the league by 10 points, England the next World Cup, and Fiji the Rugby World Cup. Anyone that thinks otherwise s a fool! Mystic Meg I am not :pointlaugh:

The Positives Of Not Drinking ?

Maybe I was being slighlty mischievous, but believe me, glad to hear that all is well. I have known people that I grew up with who are either no longer with us, or permanently damaged from drugs. A whole debate around legalisation to be had, but I wouldn't claim to have enough knowledge to base...

The Positives Of Not Drinking ?

To put some perspective in place (for the sake of some who may be at risk of having an epiphany): I have had a few health issues (not drink related) over the last few years, and get to see a number of consultants from a range of fields of expertise. When I answer the "how much do you drink?"...

    Less like our home everyday....

Agree Otis. Problem is though, is that human nature tells us that people will go - they will want something to cheer about, and a day out, that er than care about the wider issues and implications. If Wasps fail, they will just find something else to do.

The Positives Of Not Drinking ?

I often worry that I drink too much - which means that I do drink too much. It is health (now that I am almost 50), having a young family, so there are people who rely on me. Luckily, I have never drunk spirits though and don't really drink during the week. Keep is social and enjoy it The...

    It's Dissapointing But....

Will judge it after 5 league games. However, only scoring 2 goals in 5 games, friendly or otherwise, is a concern. Time will tell

442 magazine predict City will finish?

Might have Wigan in play offs instead of Scunny. Also, don't see why Peterborough are so low. As for us, then 9th would be some achievement
