I noticed the same re Walker. For someone who has had a mixed time here and is very much a bit part player, his passion when we scored and post match was pretty admirable. Shows what a positive dressing room we have - credit again to MR et al. I’d like to see him given a start next game too.

We all know he isn’t the complete product, but his improvement has been undeniable - and saves like today are very much a part of why we are where we are. Criticism of him at this point point seems strange and bitter.

I really rate him, he looked good technically, was strong and a confident forward runner - all great attributes for a WB, which is just one of his many positions I believe. He’s a unit too, which is always helpful in what can be a physical league. If he is going to be used sparingly like this...

Ridiculous missed penalties aside, another bizarre moment was the booking of Eccles. Apparently it was dissent but from what I could see all he basically did was tell the Watford player to get up. How is that dissent?! Although I appreciate I may have missed something?

Fair play to Eccles for still nagging the ref re the penalty. He may not be an absolute game changer but he doesn’t lack in passion. Draw is disappointing but in context of the first half it’s ok. Play offs still on.
