The ICC or whoever is in charge should make teams bowl 90 overs in a day no matter what bowling attack is picked. The over rate can also be slowed down by the batting team and has on many occasions. Extra time should also be allocated when there is a review.

More needs to be done about over rate and ensuring 90 overs are bowled in a day. All countries are guilty of this. Let's be honest, if the rain had saved England we wouldn't care about extra days, over rates etc.
