Pretty sure it wasn't but it was one of his first games.
I think it was notable for being Lloyd McGrath's home debut, which came about 6 months after his full debut at The Dell where we lost 8-2!
1-0 v Sheff Weds, October 84. Terry Gibson scored, Oggy saved a penalty. My dad bought me the home shirt before the game and I don't think I took it off for a week. Completely hooked.
I'm glad he said that. Better than Bailey (or Gurney for that matter) asking about how great it will be to be backed by the wonderful sky blue army tomorrow in another sell-out.

Viorel Moldovan must be up there. Wasn't he about £4.5M (£10M plus in today's money) for 10 league games and 2 goals? If we'd got that return out of Haji Wright for £7.7M we'd be claiming he was our biggest expensive flop.
3 ATB and I'd do this for every away game from here on in. Carry on with the kamikaze approach at home as long as we keep picking up points:
Rushworth
Pick 3 out of the 4 CBs out of a hat. (Thomas and Eccles were awful last night, Lati is Lati, and fuck knows what is going on with Woolf )...
Yep, teams started to play on England's arrogance just like teams are now doing to us (although with us its more naivety than arrogance I think). I wish I'd come up with this analogy as it describes our approach perfectly
We looked knackered against Charlton and Birmingham.
The away game before that was at Southampton when they were in exceptional home form. We played them off the pitch until the sending off. Hoping we discover that first half away form tonight.
It wasn't that bad. We dominated the whole of the 2nd half v Leicester, and the first 15 and last 25 against Millwall. In both matches the opposition couldn't cope with the energy and quality coming off the bench, lets see if Norwich fair any better.
Mustn't forget that Norwich are under pressure tonight too with Oxford, Portsmouth and West Brom all picking up points this weekend. Another home defeat will leave them 1 point above the drop zone.
Another Weymouth Sky Blue. He was stood behind me in checkout queue in Lidl yesterday! Was going to ask for a selfie before I realised I am a middle aged man and that would be quite a tragic thing to do.
