I'd be tempted to try swapping out EMC for Simms and moving Wright to the left. Not because EMC is playing bad, I just think Simms has more impact when starting. Say what you like about Elis but he does occupy CBs, you can see they hate dealing with his bulk. Let him soften them up for 60 mins...

We won't be actively looking to sell him, no chance after 1 year. Just doesn't fit how we've been doing things recently. Maybe someone will come in with a ridiculous offer but we are under no pressure and will know his value and potential if he has another great season next year
