Monday was jazz night, we used to go up Thursdays, place was packed, a singer one week, disco the next as i recall. Great well run independent boozer, never any trouble, especially with Alma there😄

It was a good independent when Ron and Alma had it, its a Punch Travern now with standard fayre, you have TGI Friday over the road(gone downhill now), and the Craven Arms a bit further down towards town. I think the hotel has decent reviews, Sky Sports staff used to stay there when Coventry Bees...
