    Golden share found!

I was under the impression that the golden share and player registrations were with ccfc, but the player contracts were with holdings...all very confusing :thinking about:

    Golden share found!

SISU could yet be more vindictive sadly. They could yet vote against a CVA for us to come out of administration. Without an agreement, one would have to be forced through using statutory powers, meaning penalty points for ccfc next season.

Ricoh a non starter for SISU

I still love CCFC, but have no love for SISU, who it appears will screw over anyone in their quest to make money...local council, local charities and even IMHO Cov fans themselves.

Could a purchaser buy CCFC Ltd & leave CCFC Holdings high & dry?

The players and the golden share (GS) should be in the same company. As the FL has said the GS is in ccfc ltd, so should the players contracts
