I was under the impression that the golden share and player registrations were with ccfc, but the player contracts were with holdings...all very confusing :thinking about:
SISU could yet be more vindictive sadly.
They could yet vote against a CVA for us to come out of administration.
Without an agreement, one would have to be forced through using statutory powers, meaning penalty points for ccfc next season.
I still love CCFC, but have no love for SISU, who it appears will screw over anyone in their quest to make money...local council, local charities and even IMHO Cov fans themselves.
IIRC, the administrators substantial fees are distributed from the proceeds of any offer made for the company in admin, before any distribution to creditors
Fair enough my friend...thanks for the additional info and correcting my error...it's like a bleedin' jigsaw puzzle trying to get to the facts with ccfc - shouldnt be this difficult
It was mentioned during the CET podcast from court on tuesday...ACL's lawyers said they were grateful that the FA and FL had got back to them so quickly confirming that the GS was with ccfc ltd
IIRC, The golden share has no monetary value and cannot be bought and sold
Yes, the FL and FA both have stated to ACL's lawyers that their golden shares are with ccfc ltd
Agreed BSB...dont hold your breath oldskyblue58 - there's a huge vacuum behind psgm1's big mouth...you'll be waiting for intelligent reasoning for some while
