Dropping/resting/rotating Rudoni for Sakamoto is a sign of how strong our squad is. Torp plays like he did on Saturday and Sakamoto (while in a different role) like he did when he came on, and that’s an exciting duo at 10.

Also, I like Lati.

He’s massively underrated. If we want to play on the front foot, his ability to step out the defence and to pick a pass is important. He was essentially playing centre mid at times on Saturday.

Bidwell didn’t look fit at all yesterday, I really don’t think he can start. Odds on a Hannibal / Bassette confrontation at some point?!

He looked the best I’ve seen him today. Still clumsy and needs to be more direct, but finally showed glimpses of why his metrics last year were so impressive.

He’s frustrating but could be useful if played in the right way. We played with more of a press today so I can see why he came on over Simms, but I worry each time BTA gets the ball in a deeper area as he’s technically not great.
