    Transfer Rumour Brandon Thomas-Asante

They need to make it uniform 2bh - it’s why there’s so many headaches with Leicester and Sheff Utd etc. prem is like 107m losses over 3 years, it’s I think 18m over 3 years in the championship and league one and two and some sort of salary cap I think

    Transfer Rumour Brandon Thomas-Asante

It’s not allocated on wages - it’s losses over a certain period in the championship

    Intel - EFL Financial controller

I’ve heard similar before. Basically they’re out of parachute payments but are still paying prem wages

when was the darkest era for the club?

As I said before - anyone who enjoyed that season is lying to themselves. Notts county away in the play offs and the final were the best parts about it. league two was a dark stain on this club

when was the darkest era for the club?

Didn’t go to sixfields myself but those people kept the club running - SISU would have fucking waded it out with no fans in there at all and would have cut even more. club would have plummeted into league two quicker and more than likely wouldn’t have got robins back.

when was the darkest era for the club?

This - most people are blinkered due to true play offs - that season was dogshite, every team was awful, refs were seriously shite and the Ricoh was empty. there were odd moments but the rest of it was horrible, Grimsby away when McNulty scored that opportunistic pass back goal was *pun...

when was the darkest era for the club?

Ironically his career didn’t really go past the 4th tier. I’m sure he’s been promoted from there and released straight after with Northampton

    Ex Player Watch

Sort of agree with him - we should have been running him into the ground when it weren’t happening - there were a lot of games O’Hare would have made a difference

when was the darkest era for the club?

It is a shame. That was scandalous that. Actively tried to give them tax payer money to save their faces. Linnell still gets away with his part trying to cover up indemnity clause. so many people like him and Maton have slimed their way back in to the club. I can’t believe Maton has the...

when was the darkest era for the club?

Anybody remember the council trying to quietly provide them a financial package only to get rumbled by Simon Gilbert…. Was great when he switched sides

They still are - it’s always someone else’s fault, you see them crop up on Twitter now and then

when was the darkest era for the club?

Was that Richard Shaw in charge just after thorn got sacked?

when was the darkest era for the club?

I’m sure it was 4-1 at half time. We look like we were on the piss the Friday night. didn’t Yeovil get relegated aswell?

when was the darkest era for the club?

Lucky you…. I was at that car crash and it still gives me nightmares, pretty sure we were on a good run aswell and the result literally came out of nowhere

when was the darkest era for the club?

On the bright side we can at least point to October 22nd 2022 when it became much brighter - when the insects went bust. I still flick on the fb pages now and then to drink in the tears of their “fans”

when was the darkest era for the club?

Forest Green doing the double over us or Yeovil beating us 6-2 at home has to be the darkest days… I hate Forest Green off the back of that lone season in league two…. I’ve got no intention of seeing us back in that hell hole of a league ever again

Isn’t that zip merging though? The signs are telling you it’s closing in x yards - you’re supposed to use all road space

    Summer transfer window 2024

The existing championship contracts don’t apply either, so it’s only newly signed contracts that go towards it. im sure I read somewhere that their revenues were really high and they’ve just sponsored St Andrews for a significant sum. Birmingham will come straight back up - signing Alfie May...

    Championship thread 24/25!

See I think O’Hare will be effective there. He drives teams forward - he’s the sort of engine player that thrives under Wilder - he’s a very direct player
