He was training with the Firsts all week, so wasn't involved with the specific u21 pre-match training. He was also being rested (a little) as he's lined up for the u18 Cup match next week, and they are targetting that one first and foremost.

Bernard Tranter and Gordon Tickle (Cresswell, Woodlands) took us there in about 1966, so we could walk the length of the tops of the hills. Loved it. Fond memories.

You have my full sympathy. I was gradually shunted into that kind of environment after the company was taken over. Happily I managed to wangle early retirement and redundancy though.
