Basically they’ve got 2 years to hit a Target, if they’re way off the pace then Watford chop them. if cleverly gets them promoted it wouldn’t surprise me if they sacked him

I read an article on Watford that was saying that they hire managers to hit a specific target - once he does, they move on to the next target with another manager. they go off the statistics show managers rarely go past 2 years anyway. So they work on that premise.

Van Nistelrooy had been highly rated as a coach enough to be appointed by Man Utd. As much as I like Rob Edwards I can’t see that happening in his career anytime soon
