People on here blame our goalkeepers a lot for relegation last season in the bottom 2 division 13 teams conceded more goals than us and only 1 scored less .Scoring was our problem and is likely to be the same this season except for promotion this time round.

Before the last game I read Burge had made 61 saves in the games he had played in conceded a goal a game in the league I think those figures stand up pretty against goalkeepers in any of the bottom 2 leagues . I'm not his best fan by any means but some on here want to give the guy a break ...

I think Bayliss style is his own and long may it be so . He will become a class act ,I hope a lot of career will be with us . I like the way he will not be intimidated by anyone if I did liken to someone it would be a young Michael Doyle

Just looked up our 2 goalkeepers from last season Burge and R C C their form this season R C C 12 games for Swindon 28 saves 12goals conceded Burge 23 games 61 saves 18 goals conceded perhaps our case might not be such a good defence as a good goalkeeper shoring up an average defence.

Careful what you wish for although I am an R C C fan I have to admit that 95 goals in 82 appearances stands up I any way you look at it,even with a good defence . I think our problems are the opposite end of the pitch . Saturday 20 shots 10 on target and not 1 goal I mistake and a lot on...
