Go to the pub, have a nice cold pint and wait for all this to blow over

    Weight and working out

How very dare you ask about a picture I've put on a public forum! :p Items bottom left are pedals for a drum kit which is under the sheet next to it, and the little golden character is in fact an orange bag for life from Sainsbury's

A half decent cellar is also a good option if you can find one. You can find some decent kit on Gumtree going cheap, we slowly built up our equipment over a month or so. The cellar’s nothing fancy but it works a treat. Only problem is the celler has two rooms and we turned the other one into...

    Running

My achilles tightened up around 4km which I put down to the terrain but once I pushed through it it felt great. Roads are faster but scenic running and having to battle that bit harder to keep pace is definitely more rewarding, especially if the weather holds up. Think I'll be back on the roads...

    Running

Sacked off the 2nd half today to do just under 12km. Last 2km were in a hailstorm which doesn't go well with a shaved head! Went running by the river like I used to and even though it's flat, forgot how much more it takes out of my legs than running on pavements.

Love this clarification “...having started 31 of his 35 league appearances for the club so far this term – just four shy of every Championship match.”

    Article about 2020/2021 home shirt

Took a while to grow on me but I like it, just not as much as last season's. The main design isn't bad but I really like the small details i.e. elephant on the neck, PUSB inside the collar etc. Either way it is infinitely better than the absolute drivel Puma and Nike served up off the shelf for...

Yeah it's really demotivating doing a run then seeing he's smashed out 100km a week in under 4min/km in between drinking beer 😂

    Running

I do kind of miss the first lockdown from a purely running perspective, just don't have the time for longer runs atm. I'm on site every day and not getting home until 7 so it's about 8 before I get out. I like running 5ks but miss having the opportunity to regularly build up some distance with...

Updated - Relegation run-in: all teams' fixtures in a table

I didn't realise quite how mental Rotherham's end to the season was. I knew they were cramming games in but 10 in 28 days is surely going to kill them off

    Running

Can't believe I've only just discovered there's a running thread! Always been fairly sporty but only picked up running more seriously again since the start of the first lockdown. Used to run 5/10k's in the gym a couple of years back too but only do outdoors now. Got into the swing of things last...

It feels a bit like F1’s version of VAR where it’s too convoluted and changes week to week. 4 wheels off = bad all the way round the track is definitely the way to go

    F1 2021

Confused me, they’ve been stronger all weekend and Mercedes have struggled with the rear so surely they’d have just covered the stop assuming Hamilton’s tyres would drop off. That being said, 1m to the right at the exit of turn 4 and he wins
