It's a silly question to be honest. There's a whole host of factors involved in preparing a team, I don't know the ins and outs of everyone so a yes or no answer doesn't really cover it.

The kits sorted. Where do you get this about the pre season tour being cancelled? People need a bit of perspective, now last pre season, that was a shit show.

And as some of us pointed out at the time,with games in hand and having played a disproportionate amount of away games. You need to learn to be a bit more balanced, that way you might not call it wrong so often.
