As I understood it, there was no testing of primary school children happening. So this must have come from staff testing themselves or a community infection brought into school via the students. Let’s hope it’s a isolated case that they jumped on quickly.
We did over 2000 tests on kids over the last week, and didn’t have a single positive. Let’s hope that’s a flavour of what’s happening across the country.
There is a sanction for doing that which involves a fine. It doesn’t include being strongarmed to the floor and maybe a little bit of a kicking though.
If they want to sanction them for breaking the law, ID them from the film that the officers will record on body-cams and then send them fines at a later date. No need to drag them away when they are just sitting there is there.
I think theres something that can be done in schools with young boys. I read somewhere there is already an empathy gap between boys and girls by the time kids hit 13.
