Kick Off time Confirmed for Wembley

Sorry, did I say the Lake District? I meant the red light district.

Where's the bottom of the cycle? The Midlands League Premier?

    Slade

Thing is, if we now accept we are down we can take a good look at the squad and see who will be here next season and who won't. If we accept it I would now like us start looking to the players who will still be here next year. If the likes of DKE will be here and Foley won't, then play DKE week...

    Slade

Yeah, probably. In fact, the next time we win a game I think we should probably have an open top bus parade.

New manager, no wins in 8 games. It's dire. We should be seeing some degree of improvement and we are not.

Wouldn't be Oggy. I am sure it would be Ricketts.

    Slade

Nope. See if he will walk away, as Mowbray did. Get a manager in now for NEXT season. Tell him to focus on getting together a squad ready for next season. My whole argument, Grendel, is that Slade isn't here past the summer. If the board say the same to him, you're now building a squad for...

Kick Off time Confirmed for Wembley

Was hoping you could drive me to the Lake District first. I have a blackberry and apple crumble I need to drop off at my auntie's.

    Slade

But if we need a new manager for next season and this one isn't staying and he can't keep us up, I can't see the point of him remaining.

    Slade

The way I see it though, Bob, is that we simply cannot afford to drop out for this league. Just one step away from non-league and the certainty of another struggle next year in front of every dwindling crowds. Bottom line is his contract is just until the summer anyway. If he was definitely...

Should have brought an experienced keeper in ages ago.

Aren't people having a go at RCC for his mistakes today? Most of us weren't there. When we see the highlights and see the mistakes and see that they were glaring mistakes, then he will rightly get slaughtered.

Yep, as I say, if Slade is going to leave us anyway and we keep losing every game then surely him being here serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever.

    Lee Burge

RCC is better than Burge. Think most people agree on that. Neither are good enough though at the moment to retain that jersey and we should have brought another keeper in.

Is it presumptuous to say that Wimbledon away is a must win?

I know. I know for sure. Have said for a while we are down, but you have to try and keep a little light burning and hope for a miracle. A miracle is now what it's going to take. At least 4 wins in a row with all the other teams barely getting a single point. Then we would have to win something...

A number of us have been saying all season that we should have brought an experienced keeper in. RCC is better than Burge, but he still makes loads of errors.

And if not those it will be the 6 games after that.

Was against it previously, but just now I am looking at it from needing something different in order to give us any chance. Chance now of staying up is ridiculously low I know, but maybe, just maybe a new manager bounce can turn this round and we can survive by some sort of miracle. If the...

Is it presumptuous to say that Wimbledon away is a must win?

The post was sarcastic to be honest. If today was a must win, then surely the Wimbledon is even more of a must win. It's all just empty rhetoric. We can say anything we want. We keep turning up and keep getting beat, then words are just hot air and nowt else.
