Yes we know retrospective bans exist, we were discussing how the FA are most likely to become aware or receive notification of a complaint.

It says the FA can become aware of an incident in a variety of ways, one via the Refs report as an incident not seen (so Norwich would have made the ref aware of it). Or Norwich include it in their match report and the Ref is asked did you see? Possibly other ways the FA can become aware like...
