His passing was good tbf, he did a cross which should've been better, he had a great moment of skill on the edge of the ball but couldn't do anything with it, he had an ok game - 6. Clarke played well, coped with their physicality, took his goal well (so he should!) had a number of nearly...

    JPT area final

PME may get more possession than the teams they play, but their team are technically rubbish, there's no penetration in their passes and they're all rough and tumble, bully boys with no skill, and it would've been an injustice had they gone through, in fact, it was an injustice they scored 2...

I'm not though. Had it been Christie instead if Clarke, who played exactly the same game, did the exact same things, your lot would be in Christie's arse. Serious vendettas against Clarke. But MR will pick him v Carlisle which will put this argument to bed really, because MR knows better...

    JPT area final

I think it's good we're at home, because of we win at home, or draw even, we're almost guaranteed to win away...

You and LJC say he was poor, he wasn't. He, on the whole, played well, didn't get ripped, put in some good crosses, some good headers back to Murphy under pressure, tracked his winger well, putting in good tackles. However, he did have a couple of wobbly moments but didn't cost us.

    Question for the older lot

Agreed. I don't mean Man City of the Championship rich, we just need to have some money injected if we get promoted this year.

    Question for the older lot

I never said bandwagoner or glory supporter, just questioning your support of the team. Who WANTS to stay in L1 when we could get promoted this season!

Robins Manager of the Month for December

    Deserved, good manager.

    Cov fans mentality

I've only left early twice, when we lost 4-0 to Watford, I left when it went 3-0, I was in a horrible mood that day before the game and from Barnett's mistake, I was unbelievably pissed off! I couldn't take it, so me and my mate left and had a long, evaluative talk about the season on the walk...

    Question for the older lot

Can't be much of a 'supporter' then.
  11. Mucca Mad Boys

    Question for the older lot

... Because I want to spend my time supporting CCFC lingering in L1!

    throw ins

It isn't really a problem, but an annoyance, but it's better under MR than his predecessors... Under AT this was a stupid tactic, we dogmatically threw it forward, time and time again, to Platt, and time and time again, we lost the ball and possession and were immediately on the back foot...

    throw ins

From throw-ins... No we don't get goals. ... Sometimes you have to backwards, to go forwards...

I know who's opinion I trust, MR's... And I guess we'll see what Robins' opinion is when we're away to Carlisle, if he thought Clarke played badly, Christie will come in for him... Simple.

    draw?

If we get Bradford, being home will be a good thing, Bradford's crowd helped carry them over v Arsenal and Villa, lets hope we get the home win!

    Hands off donny!

We'll finish above you anyway, with or without Saunders, now he's gone, I think Donny will dip. Donny are inferior, what was the score when we played you? :thinking about: Although I have never seen CCFC play in the prem, I may see us play in Wembley, and we have a better chance of getting...
  17. Mucca Mad Boys

    Question for the older lot

Even if it was a similar 'revolution', I don't think we would be able to get to the prem in the near future, now, you have to buy promotion...

Fabulous article on westley being gutted

They had more possession, but because they were technically inferior to us, they couldn't do anything with it. Thy only looked a threat from corners and I thought the only other way they could score was through a lucky long range shot. Don't rate PNE, don't rate Westley, and hopefully, 'we 'do...

    93 Minutes

I saw that to, I thought as soon as he brought on Proctor, they were going to sit back, so the game was for the taking. Karma? Possibly! Funny, when they scored, my mate said "there's still time for my prediction" (3-2 to CCFC), I was quick to dismiss it saying "if we win now, it'll be pens!"...
