Yer, that's my view too. Hopefully a step away from the formulaic/regimented approach from Root/Silverwood and start by selecting the best team and get them enjoying playing for England again. The Ashes away reminded me of the England football team prior to Southgate, so shit-scared of losing...

This is well worth another watch - and reiterates how grateful he was to the club and fans. The mental fortitude of the guy to come back from 3 ACLs is just amazing. If he does go on to have a top career, I'll be a bit gutted it wasn't with us, but more happy for him after all he's been through.
