I ordered DVD, calendar and two training tops (1 for each kid). Delivery sent - but, on arrival last Tuesday, only one top with other refunded. Sent a quick email and they despatched a replacement which arrived within two days - impressed with the response.

True, but I'm just pleased it is coming out. It would have made more commercial sense to release in May/ June, though we were being relegated at the time! You never know, they might combine it with a cheap ticket offer to encourage fans to come over Christmas break / new year...
