That would have definitely triggered legal action by the bondholders. And I'd guess would have meant a buyer paying more than via a pre-pack without paying the bondholders back, otherwise why would MA have paid £1.2m for exclusivity...

No need to apologise, sums it up pretty well IMHO. I felt this was the first home game where fans expected us to win (the 'dream' front 5 probably influenced that as well as it being 'lowly Wigan') and so the atmosphere was pretty flat at times. Cheers for Vik's goal were amazing though, hope...
