I pig out after a long ride, I go Cannock chase, only do about 30 miles but takes about 6-7 hours, burn around 2,000 calories but when I get back to the shop, I can't stop eating and will easily eat 1500 calories. I only take gels out with me though as I find I can consume them a lot easier.

The driving standards are very poor, I work in Birmingham and regularly see people doing less then 50 down the A45, which is probably a bigger problem than speeding. Around schools, nursing homes, etc. I'm all for traffic cameras, but out in the open I'm really not sure they do all that much...

Far too soft in this country, the police should have real training in things like BJJ, so they can actually dominate situations, maybe they should recruit from the military, so when they find themselves in those situations, they're more then capable of handling themselves. I've had 2 break ins...
