Never been his biggest fan but my faith in him is at an all time low. Simply can't trust him to put a decent effort in. Someone who can hold the ball up would transform us.

It's behind a paywall but seems to say their manager is saying he's staying put. Sounds like them just negotiating in...
Saw a tweet from the journo Darren Witcoop who used to be with the Daily Mirror saying he thought it was one or the other. He said Rak Sakyi was a complicated deal... But he thought he would end up in the Championship in this window or something to that effect.

Completely agree. All this Premier League ready signing stuff is delusion. When Ipswich went up a couple of years back I think they signed about 6-6 players in Jan to get them over the line. Al Hamadi from Wimbledon was one. They never had any intention of him being a Premier League player.
Agree, I thought Stamenic was decent. Will go on to a bigger club than Swansea. A friend of mind used to have strong links with Galbraith. We wanted him on loan from Man United the summer we signed Palmer, Doyle and Panzo. I think Chris Badlan was still scout at the time.
Was thinking about this before. Our position in the table makes it very difficult to structure deals for anyone I think. Even the Gambian lad. If he waited till the summer we could probably offer four times the salary if necessary. There would probably need to be clauses with hefty wage...
Jumping ahead a bit here but how many do we think we will take to Deepdale? The normal allocation is 3,000 but Preston regularly gives 6,000 if the demand is there. Would love us to take 6,000 up there.
