Yep.
At the moment you have everyone screaming (pundits included) when a ball is blasted at someone from very close range and hits the hand.
It surely has to be deliberate handball!! Someone who sticks their hand out deliberately to stop the ball.
Last night that was clearly an accident. Nowt...
Yeah, looks good.
Oh and I am finally vindicated at last. Spent my whole life calling the Doctor, Doctor Who, only to be shot down in flames and being sternly told 'his name is the Doctor!!!'
Just been confirmed, his name IS Doctor Who!!
Word is now according to the Beeb that the ref changed her mind because she accepted it as being accidental.
Still doesn't make sense though. If you see it as accidental then you see it as accidental from the off don't you? Why give the penalty in the first place if you think it is accidental...
It was bizarre for sure, but I am very much of the opinion that accidental handball is accidental handball.
I honestly think that it should only be deliberate handball that is punishable. There obviously are cases where people have their hands up which could then be described as deliberate, but...
Hang your head in shame, son, hang your head in shame.
England v India women just finished and was one of the most exciting games ever in the history of cricket.
Bloody brilliant!!
But then on the not a lot happening at times, things have just picked up again in 4 and 5.
Hopefully will have the whole thing watched by end of play tomorrow.
Would say not a lot happens at times, so some may struggle with that a bit, but I found it brooding, dripping with sweat and tension packed. Brilliantly acted by the two main leads too.
Think it has the potential to run for a few series and get better and better as it goes.
Am now on episode 5.
