I'm a bit inbetween on this, there were some great days but there were some absolute horror shows.
And all the time it was in the back of the mind that another season down there could finish us.
As poor a United side as this is, and with a defence that's definitely vulnerable, its still frightening to think of our players facing the likes of Fernández, Casemiro, Rashford and Mount.
A few did.
It's not even really backing the players, it's backing the judgement of the manager who's given us one of the most enjoyable and successful periods in most of our lifetimes.
I've often criticised him for his inconsistency in games and said if he could get rid of it he'd be a top player.
Well he's done that and if we don't go up this year I think we might struggle to hold on to him.
Don't be silly, it's an opinion.
Saddlebrains goes doom and gloom at the first sign of adversity even very early in the season.
I think he's even admitted he overeacts. Again, he's totally entitled to do so even if I find it fucking annoying.
It's not weird, I've explained it, I think Saddlebrains is one of the most, if not the most negative poster on here.
I don't think Grendel is anywhere near as negative.
It's not difficult to understand even if you disagree.
