I think we need to completely avoid the route of going for a 'name'. I want someone who can actually organise a cohesive and successful team rather than any guff about reputation or taking 'no nonsense'.

I missed Brum due to work which was made up for by missing Burton for the same reason. I'm expectant of a win today otherwise the season does officially fall in awful rather than slow start territory in my eyes.
