So what do you expect the FL to do? If they are told by SISU and / or the administrator that no agreement can be made with ACL and that there is no other suitable venue in Coventry are you expecting the FL to turn round and kick the club out the league? They can't force SISU or the administrator...
the one thing it should give us is details of exactly who is owed what. pretty handy for anyone that wants to buy the club. in an ideal world that figure will be a lot less than the £60m that is thrown around a lot.
apparently the FL are keeping a very close eye on them and every transfer has to be authorised with strict spending limits in place. of course that only applies to the squad and they're already talking about spending on other thing such as expanding the ground which wouldn't be high on my list...
probably not high on the list of priorities at the moment but if you look at the wolves puma kit for next season I'd guess we'll have the same design, you can see them here
the blue and white away one is decent, wouldn't mind something like that.

should we read anything in to the fact that TF has reappeared in the last couple of days? he'd been quiet for a while but now, just as the administrator is due to report back, he's back on the scene. hope it's not going to turn out that SISU still have control over everything and we're stuck...
At home to Arsenal at the start of the 86/87 season. Wikipedia tells me it was 26th August and we won 2-1 in front of a massive 11,182. It's all been downhill since my first season as a supporter!
what does the current lease actually cover? if it's only for use of the ground for x number of days a year could holdings not have a separate lease? I appreciate there's the FL rule about having first pick of dates but we all know there isn't going to be 2 Coventry City sides in L1 next year...
ACL statement says
but ACL told Sky Blue Trust
and the CT reported
Doen't seem to match for me. Now I'm not saying SISU are right here and ACL wrong but I think a lot of people take any statement that comes from SISU as being 100% lies and anything from ACL as 100% truth, IMO the truth...
Unless this has changed in the last week ccc haven't actually sourced any money from the public works loans, it's come from "council cash balances", not entirely sure what that is but I assume its the money they have in the bank from council tax.
I'm not in favour of playing any home games outside of Coventry but given the status of things between SISU and ACL there absolutely has to be a contingency plan. To not have one means that should we get to the start of the season without an agreement to play at the Ricoh we are thrown out of...
I couldn't care less if we moved from the Ricoh to eventually play somewhere else in the city. Of course there would have to be a viable plan and I assume the FL would put something in place to ensure it's stuck to as they aren't going to let the club move out of Cov forever.
Of course there's...
If it was secured against anything it would be the lease. York Bank aren't in the business of managing stadiums so now doubt they would have looked to sell the lease on to recover as much of the debt as they could. Wonder who would be interested in buying that?!
I think we can accept that...
we need to remember that any kind of audit or court action will be based solely around what is or isn't legal (if legal is the right term when referring to state aid). As long as SISU have acted legally, even if they have massively bent the rules, they're fine. What's right morally or ethically...
