It's possible for some of the things you've mentioned to be correct and for fatigue to be a factor, it doesn't have to be one or the other. But I will keep banging on about squad size, if we don't increase it we won't go anywhere.

If you want a bigger squad, which any sane person would, then talking about fatigue to the media is pretty much par for the course in the hope the chairman is paying attention.

Not sure that's relevant to my post but Robins has mentioned playing through injuries a few times. Sounds as though we have an issue with players not prepared to grin and bare mi or knocks, but that's reading between the lines

I don't want 4, I don't have an arbitrary figure, I want a bigger squad! If we're not going to do it with permanents we need to do it with loans, but we have to give Robins the tools he needs. Why anyone thinks the squad size we've been operating with is adequate is beyond me.

But no one is calling for us to be stacked with loans. And as for next season, if we don't have a bigger squad, we'll fall short again.
