    That train

Rupert I agree with your first post more than your second. The older I get the more I believe the ballot box is a waste of time. All you do is replace one lot of self seekers with another. The status quo and the interest of 'business' is always paramount...not the interest of the ordinary...

    Sad To See Them Go

And I nearly forgot Ben turner. He had a bit of a shaky start and then a good spell....I really thought he had a promising future before injury and his move to Cardiff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Sad To See Them Go

Babb, Kirkland and Dublin are three that stick out. When I was younger it was Tudor and Mortimer followed by Wallace. Bit to be honest I've always been more concerned with who has come in rather than who has left Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    has any other city

No ....no other city has made such a mess! The above are to blame and should be made to apologise for letting down the city of Coventry, the people of Coventry and the football club belonging to the city of Coventry. The only ones I wouldn't blame are wasps (and no I don't support or follow...

Maddison out for a few months

I honestly think TM would not have played Madders for more than half of the seasons games. Yes the pitches at this time of year suit him but we can and will adjust. The problem is the small squad and if we get a couple more long term injuries Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Maddison out for a few months

Yes he will be missed...his flair and creativity are exceptional but I believe we will cope. TM will have lameries, Murphy, and fleck working on it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Last week seems a distant memory

Whilst Madders will be missed no team is a one man band. If we beat Southend and then draw a couple games we will all calm down and look forward to a fairly successful season Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Walsall (Away) Match Thread

Very sad to hear that there were boos. The team may have been outplayed by a better side on the day but I don't think the determination or commitment of the players could be faulted. I wasn't there but the feeling I get from reports is that Walsall deserved the win but I didnt hear from TM or...

Why is southend match on monday

My lad is back at school on the Tuesday. We come over from Leicester...not too far but if we have delays, as with Crewe, it makes it more difficult for him to attend matches in term time (not from his point of view of course but from mine and his mums) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Why is southend match on monday

My point exactly I agree with all. Makes you wonder why when it so obvious to you and I that in terms of business wasps will want to maximise revenue even if that at the expense of ccfc....why haven't the plans for a new ground been pushed forward? Perhaps the club doesn't mind the disruption...

    3 wins out of 4...

Yes he has but Madders is v young and still developing. I don't think TM planned to use him for all/most games. We were going to play often without him. Unfortunately the injury has come when he was doing particularly well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Why is southend match on monday

Well I can't think of any other than teams not fulfilling cos of illness. however of course there are numerous examples of fixtures being changed late cos of TV demands. Probably find if we grease the palms of the football league we just regularly get Monday night football. The football league...

It could be disastrous next season....the football league won't allow this too often. Not sure what the penalties for not fulfilling a fixture cos there another event on might be Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
