Purely in terms of first team upgrade I think LB is next after ST and AM to replace Cal. RW, CB and CM need back ups but first team is generally fine. AM, ST, LB, GK, CB in that order, I think we can find better and if it comes up well go for it.

If we can get a LB who is young and offer similar to MvE and Saka on the right with Wright/EMC I can definitely see us going for it.

Moore, Kelly, Godden, Allen and obviously O’Hare will all be on decent money. So we might be able to rebuild without much addition to the wage bill. Another five and I reckon we go in with 22 Championship quality players.

I just want a forward who looks like he’s in control of the ball and can compete physically with centre backs. It’s not that much to ask.

Reckon we’ve got another £7m or so, I’d drop £3M each on a striker and an AM. You could get some decent quality abroad for that. Then if Vik doesn’t go the rest on frees/younger players at CB, CM and RW. If he does, I’d look at a first choice CB instead and a new LB, any more and it’s a GK.

Hopefully can ship Godden, Allen and Tavares out as well as O’Hare, Moore and Kelly. Should be a good amount of wages freed up (and Tavares’)

Just need to replace Kelly and O’Hare, and find a striker that can trap a bag of sand.
