Valid points I’m just saying that I think King is the type of guy to do something like this. You rarely amass such wealth without taking a few risks.

Perhaps the club know a substantial Vik sale is inevitable at some point maybe after this window. If they know the money will come in regardless they'd be preemptive as to not ruin our window/season by skimping on transfers (like how our Hamer replacement never came).

There's rarely been a time that two senior keepers have gone out simultaneously. 3 senior keepers aren't necessary. What does that say about our youth pathways if we'd rather have a 3rd senior backup than chuck a young lad on in a dire emergency?

Waste of wages at this level really. 1st choice, 2nd choice, and youth lads should cover the rest. We have a decent enough crop apparently.

I’m most worried about our back line at the moment, that and our backup striker. We desperately need a rock solid veteran like Worrall but we know that’s not happening. Still no word on MVE backup either, really just not convinced of Lati in that role. Really don’t want to mess up our back up...

We will undoubtedly be signing one and spending big if the Stamenic debacle was something to go off of. Probably recalibrating targets or working out a deal with a secondary target. Not worried one bit.
