As I said (a number of times if you care to check ;) ) the application of it was wrong. It clearly didn't work because we didn't get the ball into the areas to cause danger.

I don't disagree. Like I say, it was the right way to play against 10, but our application of it was poor for the reasons you have highlighted.

As I say, I am sure I will like it for the reasons above, that being not of the drama but of the plot and the conspirators themselves.

I am really looking forwards to it to be honest, but then am fascinated by the Gunpowder Plot and do know the tale very, very well. Did you know that some of the conspirators met at a Coventry pub just prior to the event?
