    How difficult is it.......

Are those driving planning to drive thinking of going right to the stadium? If so you're probably better off (cheaper and quicker) finding the furthest out tube with a car park. If you're coming down the M1 try Barnet (40 mins by tube) or for M40 Hillingdon (1 hour by tube). If you're feeling...

Cov Vs Arsenal on the friday Night - 24 Jan

It's a 7:45 kick off isn't it? The same as any league / cup games on a Tuesday / Wednesday and people don't get upset about that. Could understand the problem if it was moved to 8 and caused problems with getting back but there's no chance of extra time so won't be a problem to get back in time...

FAO: The Trust - Question about Q&A

Odd to wait, whatever the answers from the others it would give some indication. If one's a yes then we'll have an idea where it could be, if they're all no then it only leaves one possible option - and might put a bit of pressure on them to hurry up and answer.

FAO: The Trust - Question about Q&A

could someone that knows how to do these things do a freedom of information request to all the neighbouring councils?

Cov Vs Arsenal on the friday Night - 24 Jan

should be a 7:45 kick off if that makes a difference to anyone. on the plus side there should be people at the FA / FL if a protest is held in the day but will be hard to get the sort of numbers to a protest we could have got on a weekend.

Cov Vs Arsenal on the friday Night - 24 Jan

Think they mean a day less don't they? If we were playing on the Thursday and now we're playing on the Friday how is it a day more to prepare for a game the following week or am I missing something obvious?

Cov Vs Arsenal on the friday Night - 24 Jan

It's on BT Sport not ITV so unless you're one of the handful of BT Sport subscribers it's the Emirates or the pub to see the game.

    Questions and 'Answers'

ACL paid £21m for a 50 year lease back in 2006 didn't they? So at the end of this season the lease will have 41 years left to run. If you were to 'wind up' ACL wouldn't you need to repay them on a pro rata basis, so a repayment of £17.22m (that's just the lease, it may well be the more senior...

    Stadium Forum Meeting

Admittedly only had a quick look but it appears that there are no details for the second meeting. Been told of someone who has sent several emails to the club and Ms Garlick asking for the details but has had no response. Maybe if they'd have had 2 meetings in the same week people wouldn't have...

    Questions and 'Answers'

Is it online anywhere? That seems very bizzare that they would question what ACL paid, if they paid more wouldn't the rent have needed to be even higher?!

    Stadium Forum Meeting

That's pretty much what I think it will be. We've already got an artists impression which we had zero input on, can't imagine we'll get any input on the actual plans or details so it will be little things that make real differece and could be done at the Ricoh anyway if we moved back there.

    Questions and 'Answers'

On what grounds? They paid millions for it, surely they can't on the one hand be after everything seemingly on the cheap and on the other be complaining ACL got a good deal on buying the lease?!

    Questions and 'Answers'

What else are they taking about then? If you look at the artists impression of the proposed stadium it doesn't look like there's space for a conferernce centre or casino or anything else for that matter so it can't be those revenues they need. Given the lower capacity it would be highly unlikley...

    Stadium Forum Meeting

If we come back I'd like to see the Trust get involved in something like that. You could also get a building wrap (easy to take down if it's not wanted for other events) and maybe copy the Emirates and have things on the streetlight poles approaching the ground.

    Sky Sport News

makes you wonder how much they actually get wrong. obviously we pick up on this as it relates to us but how many other things they state as fact about other teams are wrong?

    Questions and 'Answers'

ACL wouldn't sell the lease you would purchase ACL. Well Higgs agreed to sell their 50% to SISU but SISU never followed through on the deal. That would have surely been a good place to start. SISU have never made an offer to purchase the councils half of ACL outright. If you think the lease...

    Stadium Forum Meeting

Exactly, most grounds you go to it's the away fans creating the atmosphere. The Ricoh wasn't especially bad or good (or though I have been told something was done when it was designed relating to the roof to ensure any noise stayed within the bowl), everytime there's been a big crowd there we've...
